Description

This bank is the master run log analysis information bank. It holds links to
banks that contain analysis results that may change with time. It is therefore
expected that this bank and its daughters should be easy to update.
During creation and while being updated this bank is held on a
MAST bank. At all other times it can be found
attached to then RLOG bank.
The bank number is the run number.
