Description

   These banks contain the information from those LG PMT's that exceeded the
   discriminator threshold in a particular trigger.  The format is identical
   to the PMT bank so will not be duplicated here.

   LG PMTs are normal PMTs with two outputs: a standard one and a low gain one
   taken from a dynode.  The standard output is stored in the PMT bank, only 
   the low gain output is stored in this bank.

   Note that there are NO corresponding Px and PIx banks for this data as 
   the plan is to phase out those banks.
