Introduction
------------
 
This is the inverse of the CAL (Event Calibration) processor.  It applies the
inverse calibration, which is currently channel independent, to the data,
inputing the Px banks and outputing the PIx banks. It is used for MC data to
convert it to back to simulate the uncalibrated real data.
