Description

   These banks contain the information from those BUTT PMT's that exceeded the
   discriminator threshold in a particular trigger.  The format is identical
   to the PMT bank so will not be duplicated here.

   Note that there are NO corresponding Px and PIx banks for this data as 
   the plan is to phase out those banks.

   BUTTs, refers to the Berkeley Underwater Tube Testing stand, which is a
   "sled" of 23 PMTs that have been cabled and installed in the outer portion
   of the detector (it can be raised and lowered).  I'm sure you've seen
   emails from Poon and others on this subject.  Some of these PMTs are
   connected to the electronics.
