The name of the output file containing the results of the optical calibration is read from input stream 3 of the OCA software unit. The transition between OCA output and SNOMAN input is not a straight-forward one. The results from different algorithms will need to be compared, different data sets will need to be examined, account will have to be taken of additional pieces of information, potential systematics will have to be sought after and corrected, and judgements will have to be made regarding which optical parameters have changed sufficiently to warrant updating various data files. The ``results'' output here should thus be viewed as an intermediate step designed to provide information and tools to allow parameter estimates and their relation to the data to be examined. As such, the form of the OCA output is expected to change with time as we learn how to best accomplish this from working with different algorithms etc. This output currently consists of a set of histograms created in OCA_HIST.FOR and stored in HBOOK format.
