Introduction

First Pass run Selection is a package built into SNOMAN to assess data quality. It should be run on raw zdabs one run at a time, and runs quickly on any type of run. The information is mostly obtained from the Run Header rather than looking in detail at the data. Livetime information is obtained by identifying the first and last event in the run. Details of the tests applied by FPS are included in section(23.1.4). Criteria for the tests are set in the TFPS bank.
