Running FPS

To run FPS, three command files are required, run_fps.cmd, which contains the PEL and calls fps_input.cmd and fps_dqxx_input.cmd. The later two contain the run specific information. The zdab(s) to analyse should be input on INP 1 and the output text file name should be specified on FPS 1. DQXX banks are loaded by fps_dqxx_input.cmd. Note that the RAA processor is called in the PEL in order to calculate the amount of run time cut by the burst cut.
