Introduction
------------

 First Pass Run Selection makes a series of basic tests to see if a
 run contains good neutrino data. FPS should be run on raw
 zdabs. Tests include the run type, the number of
 crates/PMTs/OWLS/BUTTs/Necks on line and the livetime. The output is
 written to a text file.
