This bank is identical to the  RSP bank, indeed the RSP processor 
initially creates it as an RSP bank but moves and renames it if the 
$RSP_MAKE_FTXR in the TRSP bank has been specified.

The FTXR has been introduced as an experiment in 
version 4.0191 to see if it better supports multiple fitter 
configurations than an RSP bank chain.  It may be removed
if it does not live up to these aspirations,
