The primary function of the n-tuple defining system is to collect information
from the event data structure. However there are other data structures
that can also be accessed:-
- Titles Banks
- Remember that the titles banks are used to hold database information and so
contain data about the current detector state.
- Permanent Data Structure Banks
- Contain information global to part or all of a run. See section 2.3.2
