The meaning of the color for the phototubes depends on the color mapping setting (buttons labelled 1, 2, Q, T) on the upper left hand side. If T is selected, the color represents `time'. Q corresponse to `charge' and `1' and `2' are user definable quantities (`Q', `1', `2' are not implemented yet).
