Ntuple input

Note that INP is not called in the PEL and therefore data is input on MXF input stream one:

FILE MXF 1 data_file.ntp

Ntuples required for the creation of binned PDFs are input on MXF input stream three.

FILE MXF 3  distribution_one.ntp
FILE MXF 3  distribution_two.ntp
FILE MXF 3  distribution_three.ntp

The order of these ntuples is important and must match the order specified in the MXFP bank. More than one ntuple can be input for each distribution. This must also be specified in the MXFP bank.
