Titles files

The titles files are not loaded through the database or run_snodb_oxford so must be loaded explicitly through titles. The following files are required:

mxf_titles_main.dat

This file contains three titles banks:
MXFC - The main control bank which determines general setting for the signal extraction such as whether analytic PDFs are used, whether errors and correlations are to be determined and what fitter to use.
MXFF - This is the fitter control bank, which sets conditions for generating the simplex for simulated annealing, and sets the starting point for all fitters. It also deals with constraints to distributions in the fit if required.
MXFD - This bank deals with data input. It defines the ntuple to use, the number of parameters to fit in and any exceptions that must be applied to these parameters.

mxf_array_pdfs.dat

This file contains the
MXFP titles bank which defines the inputs for creating binned PDFs. It is however, required even if all PDFs are analytic as the maximum and minimum for each fitting parameter are set in this bank.

mxf_analytic_pdfs.dat

This file contains the
MXFQ titles bank which defines the types and input parameters for analytic PDFs. It is not required if all PDFs are binned.

mxf_cleaning.dat

This file contains the banks:
MXFA - Defines data cleaning cuts.
MXFB - Defines cuts for cleaning Monte Carlo for PDF creation.
This file is not required if both the data and PDF ntuples are already cleaned.
