To Create ANXX Banks using ANX processor

• See run_create_anxx_banks.cmd for instance;
• In the configuration command files,
  • 31st word is refered to the corresponding data; 32nd and 33rd words are not used in this stage;
  • 34th to 60th words are set based on the criterion cuts used for the determination of bad tubes;
  • the last word is set to be 1 if flagging status from the previous PCA (N16) data is to be checked when the current PCA (N16) data is processed.
