Scintillator Debugging Tools

In order to check that absorption, emission and reemission spectra and timing distributions are used correctly, a number of root histograms can be created. These are implemented via a flag in the SCBU bank and the symbolic command $scint_debug_hist $on. The histograms are initiated in the routine INPHI and a message is written to standard output, detailing what each histogram shows.
