Scintillation Light

The capacity to generate scintillation light has been added to SNOMAN in order to simulate the SNO+ detector, in which the heavy water will be replaced by liquid scintillator. As a default, all scintillation is turned off. Scintillation is a property of the medium, and is initiated via a flag in the MEDA bank and the symbolic command $scint_flag.
eg. $meda_mineral_oil $scint_flag 1.
At present, there can only be one type of scintillator active as the bulk scintillation properties are only specified once. (ie. you can't make 2 different media with different scintillator properties).
