The C++ Extension

The above instructions should allow you to build a complete, ready to run version of SNOMAN. A project is currently underway to evaluate the feasibility of developing some of our code using C++ and ROOT and if you want the features that are part of this project, which are currently:-

• QIO: Root I/O -- see section 3.10
• QPDF: A maximum likelihood fitter -- see section 17.8

then you will also have to follow the instructions below.
