 1 F _QHS_CUT       Min QHS
 2 I _NTARGET       Number of times target must be hit for convergence
 3 F _TOL           Likelihood tolerance (spare/ no longer used)
 4 F _DISTANCE      Distance tolerance (cm)
 5 I _DIR_MODE      Direction fit flag.  0->avg direction, 1->PDF fitted direction
 6 F _REF_INDEX     Cerenkov average group refractive index
 7 F _RADIUS        Outer radius of volume in which to choose random seed
