It is stored as a 2 dimensional array of reflectivity as a function of angle and wavelength. The contents of this bank is transferred to the common defined in pmt_omega.inc. FOr those used to different notation, p-polarisation is light with the polarisation vector in the plane defined by the surface normal and the beam of light.
