• The routine can assume (i.e. hardwire) the contents of its title banks apart from:-
  1. The enable flag (the core regions must even ignore this!)
  2. The primitive data.
  3. The orientation vectors.

  The other title bank word is there so that the boundary manager knows relative priorities.
