             Example SNOMAN Command Files Currently Distributed

A number of command files (with the extension .CMD) are distributed 
with SNOMAN. Below is a list of their names and a brief description.
For more information look in the files themselves. There are two types:-

1)   RUN_*.CMD files are complete, ready to run, command files; SNOMAN 
     asks for no further input once it executes one of these files.  

2)   All other .CMD file, require further input.

As new .CMD files are added from time to time, check the directories themselves
for the latest list.

 ALPHAS_NCD                    Generates and computes the pulse shapes of 1 MeV wall alphas
 
 ACTIVATE_MUONS                Enable muon and atmosphreric neutrino propagation in SNOMAN

 BOMB_NCD                      Example NCD pulse simulation

 CALIBRATION_AMBE              Generate isotropic neutrons to calibrate Am Be source

 MPC_MAKE_TITLES               Multiphoton correction

 The run_*.cmd files are, for the most part, complete ready to run command files
 For example running SNOMAN and typing:-

    @run_e_minus

 runs 100 5Mev e- in the D2O.

 The tool:-

    $SNO_TOOLS/run_standard_jobs.scr

 runs most of the run_*.cmd files - see that file for the list of .cmd files it excludes.

 BURST_CUT                   This file shows how to use the burst cut in particular and the raa in general.

 FPS_DQXX_INPUT              This file shows how to input DQXX banks for FPS

 SELECT_2_09_PMT_RESPONSE    This switches on 2.09 PMT response functions
 SELECT_MINISNO              This file sets values needed to model the Seattle tank

 SPS_INPUT                        
 The sys_xxx.cmd and, where necessary, sys_xxx.dat files, where xxx refers to
 some particular configuration of the detector, provide standard sets for people
 want to check for systematics. 

 SYS_TUBE_ASYM               Reduce the efficiency of the tubes near top of detector

 TEST_READ_NCD               Test unpacking NCD ZDAB data.
 TEST_SDB_MULTI_FILE         Test SDB multi-file support
 TEST_UCL_MCONLY             Tests UCL: For comparison with the results of the other cmd files.
 TEST_UCL_CAL                Tests UCL: This uncalibrates then calibrates.
 TEST_UCL_ZDAB               Tests UCL: This uncalibrates and makes a zdab.
 TEST_ZDAB_CAL               Tests UCL: This reads the zdab and calibrates.
