Description
-----------
 
    NOTE: The "vertex" contained in this bank is the point at which the muon
    crosses a radius of KTFTC_RPSUP on its way into the detector.  The vertex
    bank for FTM gives the exit position, which is defined in FTM as the point
    at which the muon crosses 840.7cm on its way out.

    This document only describes track fitter extensions to the generic FTxV
