Increment Seed Sequence

INCREMENT_SEED_SEQUENCE is a utility to increment the seed sequence stored in the file:- 

 
      seed_sequence.dat
This utility can be used as part of a system that submits mutiple jobs to perform a single task. See, for example, SUBMIT_FARM_JOB.SCR
