Correlation Determination

If correlations are required the command

$mxf_do_correlations $on

should be used. Correlations cannot be determined without errors. Correlations are determined using a technique similar to error determination, fixing two parameters in a time and iterating for points on the $(L_{max}-0.5)$ error ellipse. Again - the algorithm for this iteration could do with some improvement.
