Data Cleaning

The user can also choose to clean the input data by setting the data cleaning flag to 1.

  $mxf_clean_data $on

If data cleaning is required, each event is tested and only good events are stored in the array. The criteria for good data events are stored in the MXFA titles file, in which the ntuple positions for relevant parameters are given. The tests applied are detailed below.

• $a2dprb > \frac{4\times 10^6}{Nhits^6}$
  
• $btest(int(rdamn1),2)= false$
  
• $btest(int(rdamn1),11)= false$
  
• $0.55 < ITR < 1.0$
  
• $0.75 < \theta_{ij} < 1.45$
  
• $phiprb > 0.0001$
  
• Respective parameters must be inside bounds defined for PDFs.
