TRF Control

To control the way TRF operates (and to deal with differences in the way the data was taken, a titles file and associated common are provided (trf_com.dat) which hold the TTRF bank. The TTRF bank allows the user to vary the width of the in-time channel requirement (the default is 93 ns for the NHI100 triggers, 20 ns for the NHI20 triggers), vary the step increment for the sliding window, specify whether the ntuple version of the efficiencies is output, assign the FECD channel numbers to each of the triggers appropriate for the data being analyzed, and a cut value for the charge in the FECD channel.
