With the new ECA you will no longer be able to generate calibration files of the previous kind. However, you still have the option of applying either old or new style calibration constants to the data. To select this, set word 9 of the TCAL bank to either 1 to apply old style or 2 (default) to apply the new style calibration constants to the data (and, if not running from the database, you obviously also have to load the appropriate titles files in your command file). The calibration constants are applied by the routine ECA_CALIB_CHANNEL.FOR, which will default on to ALT_ECA_CALIB_CHANNEL.FOR if old-style calibration files are chosen.
