To run SPS, two command files are required, run_sps.cmd, which
contains the PEL and calls sps_input.cmd. The later should
contain the run specific information. The zdab(s) to analyse should be
input on stream 1 and the output text file name should be specified on
stream 2. It may also be necessary to load DQXX and PCA/ECA constants
here.
