The SNOMAN Live processor attaches hooks in SNOMAN for Histo-Scope output.
Ntuples and histograms can then be displayed in real time as they are
created in SNOMAN. SNOMAN Live also provides a basic graphical user
interface for feedback into SNOMAN through Histo-Scope controls.
