Muon Event Selection Processor

The MES processor is a set of functions and subroutines that evaluate parameters based upon the muon track given by a particular fitter. The MES routine loops over the available muon fitter banks for each event and calculates a set of variable which will be later used for event selection. The routine first checks that the fit and the event satisfy a minimum criteria for being a muon and then lifts and fills the FTXP fitter analysis banks.

As of the writing of this note MES under development. Development is scheduled to be complete before November 1, 2005.
