Attenuation Fitter

The Attenuation Fitter is a maximum likelihood fitter base upon the Path Fitter with several additions:

1. The speed of light is taken into account for the different media that the track traverses,

2. The attenuation through the different media that the track traverses is taken into account,

3. Rarefraction though the AV is taken into account.

4. Shadowing from the PMTs into taken into account.
