This routine is called to fit all events (i.e. EV banks) in the current data structure. It makes a call to the Data Structure Manager (DSM) to see if it needs to fit at all i.e. if the event has already been processed by this fitter and it has not been asked to replaced its results. The routine then loops over all events and for each calls FTx_FIT_EVENT which does the real work.
