TSP Control

There are only a few user-defined TSP control flags. In the titles file tsp_com.dat, one can toggle a print flag with the first word, determining whether there will be information written to the log file. The default for this flag is 1, which means the information will be written.

The next two words determine what the channel hit rate will be, as described in Section 16.1.1. The first of these two words is the total event rate (NOT the rate of events in the Monte Carlo, but the rate of events in the detector the user is trying to mimic) and the second of the two words is the average NHIT, again not what the average NHIT in the Monte Carlo being run is, but the average NHIT in the detector conditions being simulated. The defaults are set to 15 Hz and 12 NHIT, which is roughly what we see in the real detector.
