This results in 1000000 being added to all the required calibration title bank numbers. The idea is that these special banks will be a single reference set with universal validity. The only purpose is to have some plausible numbers for on-line testing without having to constantly fake up a set.
Needless to say these constants must not be used for real analysis, a point that SNOMAN makes very vocally, both at the start and end of the execution phase!
