Bank NTRC 1 provides the neutron code with the information it needs to keep track of neutron tables, how to understand the PEGS file and how to deal with isotopes that do not have neutron tables. This last feature is the only one that the user should use. No symbolic commands are provided and the user is recommended to edit a personal copy of the bank and load it by a titles command.
