The isotopic abundance of $^{17}$O is specified for each media in the PEGS file for that media (the PEGS file now contains isotopic abundance information) except for D$_{2}$O. The isotopic abundance of $^{17}$O (as a fraction of the $^{16}$O abundance) is specified with the command:
