ES Energy Spectrum

Come from Bahcall's Book ``Neutrino Astrophysics" and Bahcall et al, PRD 51, 6146-6158 (1995) This method includes radiative corrections when ES_RADIATIVE_FLAG = 1 in MMSW bank. All neutrino flavors can be simulated without radiative corrections (ES_RADIATIVE_FLAG = 0). Only $\nu_e$ and $\nu_\mu$ can be simulated with radiative corrections. See the routine EN_ES.
