The rock consists of one region:-
For SNO the shape is a sphere; there is no rock volume for Mini-SNO.
The user can disable this region so that the next layer in (usually shotcrete, but possibly urylon, or inner darkness/counting room depending on what is enabled) terminates in the outer darkness.
