This is the routine that supports the 3 arg call described above. The 1 and 2 arg versions can be emulated by using the defaults:-
Return true if selected bit (numbering from 0) has value
= 0 0 (false) = 1 1 (true) = 2 (undefined) = 10 not 0 = 11 not 1 = 12 not 2
Set selected bit (numbering from 0) to value ( = 0, =1, or =2 ).
This returns the applied and results bit masks.
Store the applied and results bit masks. NB this routine must be preceded by a call to dmm_set_bit. The maskno has been deliberately omitted from the argument list to remind the user that it is the last mask read that will be updated. Note also that the other routines listed in the section use dmm_set_bit and dmm_put_bit for mask access so any can change the definition of the current mask.
