If ANL is called with a non-empty arg list then only those n-tuple requests whose IDs match entries in the list will be output. For example if ANL has requested n-tuples 500, 601 and 700, then the call:-
call anl(500,701)
will only update 500 and 701. A call without any args will update all requests.
