This is the standard charge cut. Any event containing more than n tubes with a Qhs, Qhl or Qlx outside some normal range is cut. The lower limit may be defined in either raw ADC counts or in calibrated charge. If certain crates, cards or channels are to be excluded from the cut then they can be listed in the titles bank.
