ANALYSE

Once a physical file of events are read in full each subprocessor is called to analyse the associated set of summary records and can set/clear STATUS bits it owns. Ownership will be recorded in raa_com_subp.inc. It can also set the DISCARD bit but should not clear it. Any subprocessor may freely set and clear the SELECT bit, as part of its analysis of the set, but should not make any assumptions as to the initial setting of this bit.

The LMAST is set to zero although, under exceptional circumstances, subprocessors may read back in entire events using RAA_EXE_RESTORE_EVENT q.v.

A subprocessor that restores an event is responsible for deleting it as well!
The return code is ignored.
