When filling histograms, undefined values are skipped. This works on an
individual histogram basis, so an n-tuple entry with a mixture of defined and
undefined values could fill some histograms and skip others.
If an undefined value occurs on any Cut Histogram then the entry is discarded
as the system cannot classify it as normal or abnormal.
