Outputing N-tuples and Histograms

If every permanent n-tuple variable i.e. all those whose name does not start with an underscore, has a HIST option then the system switches to pure histogram mode and no n-tuple output is produced. If not, then every event produces both, so you could use HIST on temporary variables, as way of getting a distribution without taking up room in the n-tuple.
