Data Rules

• Neighbouring regions must be of different priorities and their common boundary is owned by the region of higher priority.

• Two regions may be separated by a multiple boundary i.e. it is permitted to place two or more regions side by side such that part of their external boundaries exactly coincide.

• For each region (region type = n) the titles banks GEDP n and GEDS n holds the data that describe it.
