Requesting Titles

At any time, software requiring titles makes a single call to the MTT system specifying:-

• The name and number of the titles bank.

• The requirement level:-

  = 1

  Optional i.e. the software can take defaults

  = 2

  Compulsory i.e. the software cannot survive without them. If the bank cannot be found, the program must terminate!

• The type of access required - see section 8.2.1.
