Data Structure Manager (DSM) Routines

To simplify the coding of processors the Data Structure Manager has two routines:-

DSM_PRO_PREPARE
This is called passing the mode of processing (Insert, Replace, Append). If outputs exists it signals the processor to quit if in insert mode otherwise it gets outputs deleted as necessary.

DSM_PRO_COMPLETE
This is called to add the DSML bank once the processor has completed processing. It is only called if inputs were found.
