Extending the Geometry

To add a new single detector element proceed as follows:-

1. Define new region code and update id_regions.inc and char_id_regions.for (remembering to update the documentation in id_regions.html).

2. Set up the link access in ge_titles.inc.

3. Update ge_call_ged.inc to call the ged_* (if element is optional call must see that element is enabled).

4. Write the ged_* and gedx_* routines

5. Set up GEDP and GEDS titles banks in geometry.dat. Add the region code to the detector element list of the TGEO bank in the same file.
